Terms of Sale
1. Orders are not accepted until they are confirmed by us
Once we accept your order, we’ll send a confirmation email. Until you receive that confirmation, your order is not confirmed.
2. Prices are set at our discretion
We set the price payable for Products at our sole discretion and may change prices at any time prior to order acceptance. Always review pricing at checkout.
3. We can reject orders
We may refuse or cancel orders (before or after confirmation) for reasons including Product unavailability, suspected fraud, errors, delivery restrictions, or pricing/stock inaccuracies. If payment was taken, we’ll refund you.
4. Payment is taken at checkout
Payment is taken when you complete checkout. You own the Products once payment clears and we dispatch your order.
5. Order modifications are not accepted
Once an order is placed, we cannot modify it in any way — including address changes, product swaps, color changes, or cancellations.
Please make sure all details (shipping address, product selection, and payment method) are correct before completing checkout.
We are not responsible for lost or misdelivered packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses entered at checkout.
6. Taxes, duties & import charges
Applicable sales taxes are shown at checkout where required by law. If your order ships internationally, you are the importer of record and are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, brokerage, and clearance fees assessed by your country. These charges are not controlled by us and are non-refundable.
7. We’re not responsible for delays outside our control
If our supply or sale of a Product is delayed by an event outside our control (for example, carrier disruptions, customs delays, natural disasters, strikes, or high demand surges), we’ll do what we reasonably can to minimize the delay. We won’t be liable for delays caused by such events. If a delay is substantial, contact us to discuss options.
8. Product representation
We aim for accurate descriptions and imagery, but actual Products (and packaging) may differ slightly from how they appear on your device. Some specifications may be updated or improved over time.
9. Limited Warranty
Manual Photo provides a limited warranty covering manufacturing defects in material or workmanship for a period of 90 days from the original purchase date. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and requires proof of purchase.
- This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, improper care, unauthorized repairs or modifications, normal wear and tear, or cosmetic imperfections.
- If a valid warranty claim is received, Manual Photo will, at its discretion, repair or replace the defective Product with an identical or comparable unit.
- To file a claim, contact support@manual.photo with your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and supporting photos or videos.
- This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights that vary by state or country.
10. Returns & Refunds
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect purchase, or general dissatisfaction.
We only accept returns for defective or damaged items shipped within the United States. We do not accept international returns under any circumstances.
If your product arrives damaged or does not function properly, contact support@manual.photo within 7 days of delivery with your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and supporting photos or videos.
If approved, we will repair, replace, or refund the item at our discretion.
To be eligible for replacement or refund:
- The product must be in its original condition and packaging.
- Proof of damage or defect must be provided before return approval.
- Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
11. Delivery timeframes are estimates
Any delivery dates shown are estimates. We’ll make reasonable efforts to deliver within the indicated window, but delays can occur (e.g., high order volume, carrier issues, customs). If you need a status update, reach us at support@manual.photo.
12. Refused or undeliverable deliveries
If delivery is refused or undeliverable and returned to us, you’re responsible for return shipping and any applicable fees, which may be deducted from your refund (if applicable).
13. Premium shipping options
We refund only the cost of standard shipping on approved defective/damaged-item returns. Any premium or express shipping you selected is non-refundable.
14. If there’s something wrong with your Product
Contact support@manual.photo if there’s an issue. We honor our legal duty to provide Products as described and fit for purpose, subject to lawful exceptions.
15. We can change Products
We may change Products:
- To reflect changes in applicable laws or regulations
- To update pricing for future purchases
- To make minor technical adjustments or improvements that don’t materially affect use
16. We can withdraw Products
We may discontinue or withdraw Products. If you’ve paid for an item we won’t supply, we’ll refund you.
17. We can end our contract with you
We may end the contract and seek appropriate remedies if:
(a) you don’t pay when due and still don’t pay within 7 days of our reminder;
(b) you don’t provide required information in a reasonable time;
(c) you don’t accept delivery or arrange pickup in a reasonable time; or
(d) you breach applicable third-party terms related to your order.
18. Prohibition on commercial resale
Products are sold for personal, non-commercial use unless we give prior written consent. We may refuse, limit, or cancel orders we believe are for unauthorized resale and may pursue enforcement (including removal of unauthorized listings).
19. Limitation of liability
We’re responsible for losses you suffer caused by our breach of these Terms of Sale, except where the loss is:
(i) not reasonably foreseeable;
(ii) caused by events outside our control (where we acted reasonably);
(iii) avoidable by following care/use guidance; or
(iv) a business loss (including lost profits, revenue, or data).
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
20. Use of personal data
We handle personal data as set out in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference.
21. Disputes and governing law

These Terms of Sale are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Venue and jurisdiction will be in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York, unless applicable consumer law gives you the right to sue elsewhere.
22. Other important terms
- We may assign or transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms. We’ll notify you if that happens.
- You may transfer your rights only with our prior written consent.
- If any provision is held invalid, the rest remains in effect.
- Our failure to enforce any provision isn’t a waiver of our rights to enforce it later.
