Opened Cameras

Opened or lightly used cameras may be returned within 14 days, provided they are in resellable condition and include the original packaging and all included accessories.

Opened-camera returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Items with damage, excessive wear, missing accessories, or signs of misuse may not be eligible for return.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos or video.

Approved damaged or defective items will be replaced at no additional cost. Manual cameras are also covered by our 90-day limited warranty for manufacturing defects and hardware issues under normal use.

Starting a Return

Email support@manualphoto.com with:

• Your order number

• The item you would like to return

• The reason for the return

• Photos or video, if the item is damaged or defective

Please wait for return authorization before sending anything back. Returns sent without authorization may not be accepted.

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
